【Vietnam】Delivery of automatic steel pipe packing machine
The fully automatic steel pipe palletizing and packing equipment produced by Contor was delivered successfully. Congratulations to the Vietnamese customers for taking another step towards fully automated smart factories. Realize fully automatic discharging, mechanical automatic palletizing, and automatic packing and strapping in one step. Save labor costs, improve production efficiency, and the whole process is automated. The steel pipe is free from scratches and workers are not injured. A fully automatic steel pipe palletizing packer can eliminate safety hazards and high labor costs.
The equipment adopts the suction cup method to magnetically palletize steel pipes and automatically bundle them. Using CT-III motion controller independently developed by Contor, the stacked steel pipes are neat and orderly, and the appearance is beautiful without scratches.
