1.Exfoliation while running

Reasons: Overload and misuse; Poor installation; Bearing housing and bearing have precision; Too small backlash; Foreign material invasion; Get rusty; Hardness decreases due to high temperature.

Solution: Reconsider the using condition; Re-select the bearing; Re-select the backlash; Check the working accuracy of bearing and bearing house; Study the surrounding desire of the bearing; Check the installation method; Check the lubricant and lubrication method.

2.Burn, bearing generate heat and change color, and stop rotating.

Reasons:Too small backlash; Lubrication deficiency; Overload; Roller deflects.

Solution:Set proper backlash; Check lubricants injection rate; Check the using condition; Prevent the position error; Checking the surrounding design of bearing; Improve the bearing assemble methods.

3.Crack weakness; Partial gap with with crack

Reasons:Impact overload; Too much interference; Too big exfoliation; Friction with crack; Installation with bad precision; Misuse;

Solution:Check the using condition. Set the proper interference and materials; Improve the installation and using methods; Preventing the friction and crack; Check the surrounding design of bearing. 

4.Prevent nail loose and cracking

Reasons:Torque load is too much; Highly rotation and rotation speed varies frequently; Bad lubrication; Foreign material invasion; Excessive vibration; Bad installation.
