·                                 The cold flying saws are very different from the traditional high-speed friction flying saws. The tech of cold flying saws is to cut big, medium and small pipes with more safety and quality.

·                                 The tracing, getting synchronization and return of the cart are completed by motors driving racks and pinions on the self-lubricated guide lines.

·                                 The cutting action of the blade is driven by the motors and reducers. And the feeding action of the blade is driven by motors and ball screw.

·                                 The design of our cold flying saws is accurate and reasonable. When cutting pipes, our cold saws are with good safety, low noise, good quality cutting edge without shape change or burrs, which will reduce the cost of second processing.

·                                 On the condition of cutting with the maximum speed, the cutting precision is equal or less than1.5mm.

·                                 After setting parameters through our automatic control system, the cold saws can work automatically with stable and reliable state and with no need of operators.
