4 sets of Contor cold flying saw loading in the worKshop. The lastest products which sent to the Middle East are 50 cold flying saw and 114 cold flying saw. Cold saw uses HSS blade to cut pipes. This kind of blade is in a low rotate speed. 

Normally its can not beyond 220m/min and the temperture under 70 degree centigrade. The pipes incision shows white color lower temperture. The working noise is less than 110db 

Cold saw blade rotating at a low speed with a low noise and without the harm to people when the saw blade crushed on cutting.It also can save the work of secondary deburring and dedimpling.
