Milling type Cold Cutting Saw is used to cut pipes to certain length which transported by welding part. It is a rotation radial feed type. Two blades are linked to a big wheel by linear guideway. Radial feeding is launched by servo motor and ball screw. The wheel is supported to the car by rolling bearing. The servo motor will make wheel move. 

Through interpolation motion control of radial feeding and the wheel movement, two blades will cut off the pipe along the outer contour. Speed adjustment will driven by main motor and gear box.The car will driven by reduction box, universal spindle and gear racks.Length and speed measurement to be done by incremental optical encoder's movement which driven by measuring stick. Measuring stick is located on upside of flying saw.

 The data of measuring will be transferred to digital control system.Control system of Milling Type Flying Saw has high performance microprocessor motion controller to chase controlling. Uses touch screen to process data and display. The controller has function of main line production simulation. It is aim to convenient operator to do testing anytime.Uses touch screen to process data and display. Length could be adjusted anytime during running status. The data shows pipe run length, actual cut off length, speed, the number of cutting and etc.During working process, it can be chosen for long stick or short stick. It will return to zero state after execution of commend.
