Machines and people need regular maintenance in order to maximize the function. Otherwise, it will be occasional rounds of small temper. Steel pipe cutoff saw is the same, they need reguraly maintenance. Steel pipe cutoff saw routine maintenance points:

1.Need to check out every day:

(1) Check the euipment around if there's water, oil or debris, clean.

(8) Check the position and wear steel brush, and adjust or replace.

(10) Check the diameter, wall thickness and pipe length settings are correct.

2. Regular maintenance items:

(1) oil lubrication pump  N20 ~ N32

(2) Feed bearings, Once a month supply of calcium-based fat

(3) The spindle gearbox once every one month supply of calcium-based fat

(4) a gear rack once every 10 days supply of calcium-based fat

(5) regular cleaning tank precipitated iron and impurities to keep the coolant clean, usually not more than 10 days to clean up again.

3. Check the items every six months:

(1) Check the sliding surface, wear, whether there is excessive wear of the place.

(2) check the pressure in the piping and all connections for damage.

(3) Check the hydraulic oil in the pump station cleanliness, thoroughly cleaned and replaced with new hydraulic oil.

(4) Check the gearbox oil cleanliness, thoroughly cleaned and replaced with new gear oil.

4. Note:

(1) Replace the standard confirmation flying saw production maximum speed whether meets the standard.

(2) Automatic state, prohibited length cleared, modify system parameters

(3) On-line modification set length, need reduce the production line speed

(4) The holder jig stick around can not be adjusted too tight, it may cause the fixture can not grip the pipe

(5) To calibrate tube length daily 

(6) avoid cutting open pipe

(7) Do not stop when sawing

(8) After exit Auto mode then off control power 

(9) tube bending affects cutting, straight as soon as possible

(10) when replacing tube type, stop flying saw

(11) have sufficient cooling water on the blade

(12) In production, observe the production line speed fluctuations, fluctuations need within a required range

(13) spare blades, need to put suspension

(14) found fault, immediately stop
