Comparsion between flying cold saw and traditional hot friction saw

Flying cold saw is different from friction flyingsaw. The saw adopts cold saw blade to cut pipes named cold flying saw. Friction saw equiped with common carbon blade, the blade speed can reach 2000-3000rpm. It cuts pipes at the way of high temperture friction. The pipes incision is very hot (with purple color showing) and its incision with big bur. The friction is high speed with big noise and very dangerous. Cold saw uses HSS blade to cut pipes. This kind of blade is in a low rotate speed. Normally its can not beyond 220m/min and the temperture under 70 degree centigrade. The pipes incision shows whtie color lower temperture. The working noise is less than 110db with high quality and little bur. Cold saw blade is rotating at a low speed with a low noise and with out the harm to people when the saw blade crushed on cutting. Removing re-cutting and deburring machine, in oder to save costs and improve productivity.
