1.Exfoliation while running
Reasons: Overload and misuse; Poor installation; Bearing housing and bearing have precision; Too small backlash; Foreign material invasion; Get rusty; Hardness decreases due to high temperature.
Solution: Reconsider the using condition; Re-select the bearing; Re-select the backlash; Check the working accuracy of bearing and bearing house; Study the surrounding desire of the bearing; Check the installation method; Check the lubricant and lubrication method.
