CONTOR's steel tube stacking and packaging machine is equipped with magnetic manipulators for picking up steel tubes. It is designed to bundle tubes with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 219 mm and lengths from 4 m to 12 m. The number of manipulators can be selected based on the tube length. The magnetic manipulators prevent scratches on the steel tubes, effectively protecting the tube surface. Fully automatic bundling saves labor and reduces labor costs. Depending on production requirements, the bundle shape can be chosen among square, rectangular, or hexagonal.
