This is an old video which is taken in 2014, just upload now. Since we just manufacturing big size pipe tube mill accumulator, the minimum size is OD 165 mm. Now, We specialized in manufacturing cold saw now. No friction saw, no small size entry machine.
The tube mill accumulator is a strip storing unit in the longitudinally welded pipe and formed section production. It can store a number of steel strip, Which can make the pipe line no-stop working with supplying enough time for the fore roll steel strip tail connect with the head of the followed strip roll. The accumulator consists of the entry leading equipment, feeding and driving equipment, in and out roller cage, center roller and the exit leading equipment.
